Released by Elaina Kelly Smith LLC, the Android app offers guided practices to help people pause, hear their own answers, and make intentional choices.

The app brings the foundational self-trust concepts from Smith’s book, Changing Course Gracefully: A Strategic Guide to Building Foundational Self-Trust, into everyday use. It is designed for moments such as overthinking a decision, seeking repeated reassurance, or saying yes before considering what one actually wants.

PARQS stands for Preferences, Awareness, Right Action, Questions, and Self-Acceptance. These five elements offer ways to notice personal preferences, recognize what is happening, ask useful questions, and choose a small next step. The emphasis is on strengthening the individual’s own judgment.
